How to Book an Appointment: - To ensure that our customers can enjoy our services and massages to the fullest, we will perform each service individually. -If you are booking more than one service with more than one technician, please make 2 separate appointments. - For group appointments, please call us at (815) 936 9595. - To add additional services such as take-off, French tip, Chrome, simple design, .... please click the "Add service -> Add on" button. - We understand that plans may change, so please call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Two instances of no-show appointments may result in a requirement to walk in for future services. - In an attempt to reduce the amount of appointment no-shows and cancellations when booking an appointment, we require a 20% deposit of your total appointment cost. This will be taken off your bill when you attend your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment and do not cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled time, the deposit will be non-refundable.
